Policy for Returns, Exchanges and Defective Items:
We want you to LOVE your purchase so if you don't, please send it back. However, it must meet the following guidelines:
- All items must be unworn, unaltered, no strong odor (pet, smoke)
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be received within 7 days from the date you receive it for a refund and 14 days for an exchange or store credit
- Accessories are non-refundable
- Shoes/Boots will require a 10% restocking fee if returned
- If a return consists of 3 or more items there will be a 10% restocking fee
Please make sure you meet these guidelines or your return will not be accepted. You may return your item using any method of shipping but we do suggest that you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance. We are not responsible for packages that never reach us. The return address is:

Once your item has been received, the return will be processed within 1-3 days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE, CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. In some cases, they are exchangable but no refunds will be issued for these items. Sale items do not include items that are reduced because of a coupon code used. Those items are still considered regular price items.
We try very hard to inspect items very well before they are shipped out. However, if you receive an item damaged or defective, we must be notified within 2 days of receiving the damaged item and tags must still be attached.
